For checked bags, 23 kg is the free limit — anything over gets charged. Between 32 kg and 45 kg it's an extra $200 fee. My parents were flying with boxes around 43 kg and the charge was 200,000 KRW per overweight piece. If you're only a couple pounds over 70 lbs, they'll still charge.
