Recent Traveller Feedback
My lap infant was allowed one 8 kg cabin bag plus a free stroller. For liquids in checked baggage, I packed soda bottles, cheese sauce, and hair products in gallon ziplocks and everything was fine — TK's site says to use 1-liter bags per container but I've never had an issue with checked liquids. Clothes or bubble wrap between bottles and plastic bags for leaks works.
On routes using the weight concept, you can have as many bags as you want as long as the combined weight is under your allowance and no single piece exceeds 32 kg. I had a 35 kg allowance with one bag at 33 kg — the check-in staff said I could go up to 32 kg per bag at no extra cost, but anything over 32 kg per piece must be split. Weight concept vs piece concept depends on the route.
